In line with its strategic vision to develop the capabilities of the endowment sector, empower its stakeholders, and enhance the skills of its employees, the General Authority for Endowment (GAE), in collaboration with HEC Paris, has announced the graduation of 26 GAE employees who completed the GEMM Executive Master's Program in Management. This program will contribute positively to the success of the GAE's professional development plan, aligning with its vision and objectives.

The GAE has prioritized the development of its endowment leadership by honing their leadership skills and preparing them to meet the needs of the endowment sector. The GAE facilitated their participation in the GEMM Executive Master's Program offered by HEC Paris, which aims to empower them with knowledge of the latest management practices based on rigorous scientific research. This will enable them to keep pace with advancements in endowment management, organization, and governance, make strategic decisions within the GAE, and have a positive impact on all of the GAE's outputs.

The program began in May 2023, with 18 modules tailored to the GAE, supporting leaders in various areas of their work to enable them to develop and make informed decisions. The modules focused on financial sustainability, technical and financial analysis, digital transformation, innovation, and high-performance leadership, employing a scientific and practical approach that combines theory, application, and research. The program culminates with a master's thesis, with research specifically focused on the GAE's field of work.

The GAE is committed to strengthening the endowment sector, its governance, and its preservation. It works to develop the sector and raise awareness through the launch of innovative endowment products and services for beneficiaries, aiming to be a leader in sustainable development both locally and globally. This is achieved by fulfilling the conditions of the endower, implementing best practices, and enacting regulations and bylaws that enhance, develop, and empower endowment work, maximizing its impact on economic, social, and social solidarity development.
