His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Qais bin Muhammad Al Sheikh Mubarak is a Professor in the Department of Islamic Studies at King Faisal University in Dammam. He also holds memberships in a number of committees, including: a member of the Sharia Board of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue.
